How much notice is needed?

We only need 24 – 48 hours’ notice depending on where the transport departs.

What are your driver qualifications?

We ensure our drivers have a clean driving record and we host a vigorous background check. They also need to pass an initial drug test, as well as random drug tests throughout their employment with us.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all credit and debit cards as well as checks. You can then submit your approved receipt to your insurance company.

Drivers and staff must wear masks at all times while on duty. Vehicles must be cleaned and disinfected after each trip. Passengers must wear masks and are encouraged to use hand sanitizer. Sick drivers and staff must stay home and not return until they are symptom-free for at least 14 days. All drivers and staff must be trained on proper COVID-19 safety protocols and procedures. The company may conduct temperature checks for passengers, drivers and staff. Passengers with known or suspected COVID-19 infection should not use the service.
